This page is where you enters your username and password in order to start a tracking session and possible alert. The user name and password is only required on the first login. The App remembers it from then on.
This page is the main page which you will see after having successfully logged in. The page informs the user that he/she is tracked and ISSiGuard is following them.
The white box in the middle constantly updates and informs of the current location.
Next step is to activate an alert if feeling that help is wanted. This is either done by an additional shake or a slide movement which is user defined in the settings menu at top of screen.
You have now activated an alert and it has been sent to the ISSiGuard cloud along with tracking and real time video and audio.
You can set up three options for which screen is to be shown upon alert which is dictated by the alert profile setup by the user website login or phone set up.
The screen shown is the deterrent mode, as it clearly shows that an alert has been activated and that ISS is taking action.
You can either cancel the alert by entering your DOB or shake the phone again to attract attention via sound and flash.
The meeting alarm feature can help you in situations with a risk factor, for example when meeting an estranged partner, going on a blind date or working alone on a rooftop where falling over and immobilising oneself, being undiscovered could be a real threat to life.
This feature works in lock screen mode, ideal as a tool for lone worker protection and for discretion in a handbag or pocket.
Tap the meeting icon in the app, select the duration of your meeting, then enter notes about the meeting, which if an alert is activated will be seen by your emergency contacts and the optional monitoring centre.
You can also add extra time to the meeting or shake to activate an alert immediately
Journey mode notifies a specific set of contacts that you are going from one place to another and whether you have arrived safely or not. You will be tracked the entire route and can trigger an alert as usual should you need to. This is an ideal feature for:
‘tracking your kids’ – children making a trip to and from school, a teenager at night going into a carpark or walking home.
‘Lone Worker Tracker’ – A person working late on night shift walking to their car and many more options.
As a monitoring centre you can quickly setup zones which in-app message the user when entering or leaving a zone. The message content is set by the monitoring centre.
When an alert is activated, your emergency contacts will get a notification with a link to a real-time monitoring page which shows all of the essential information. Emergency contacts are able to see the user’s location, information and evidence (Video and Audio).
The page is dynamically optimized for mobile phones. Useful when the link from an SMS alert message is opened on a mobile device.
